“The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!”

“I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. I have managed hospitality and travelled extensively and this stay I received some of the best service...

“Soweit ich es beurteilen kann, das beste Hotel in Baños. Grosszügige Anlage mit Gehwegen und vielen Pflanzen. Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit Aussicht über Stadt und Tal. Grosser sicheter Parkplatz, guter Service. Hoch über de Stadt ruhig gelegen. ”
